I am very, very excited about this year's "Little Changes Big Results" 2011 Life Coaching Series! If you are new to my online coaching series, please sign up to receive this blog (join on this page and set up your preferences) -- this will assure that you receive an email notice each time I post an entry or make a comment.
Quarter One is designed to help you develop a firm foundation on getting healthy--physically, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally--starting with PERSEVERANCE.
Our first call is Wednesday, January 5 at noon PST. You will receive your first Journal page from me by January 1 by email and/or link. At the end of each quarter (or the year), you will have a weekly record of how you became a HEALTHY AMERICAN WOMAN!
Please be so kind to introduce yourself to the other women in our Q1 Group by just sharing your name, state, and the ONE area of your life in which you most need to PERSEVERE.
Be encouraged,
Becky
Please call Reggie at 800.444.6189 or email her at tlc@changeyourlifedaily.com if you have any questions.

Hi this is Tracy in Alabama. I am so thrilled to be part of this series. I need to learn to persevere through changes - at work, at home, this world. In the past, I have been more resilient but I have found myself thinking/feeling like a victim, just giving up/in or just complaining more. Sharing this has got me praying already. Looking forward to the 5th, everyone! I love a new year, don't you? Have a happy one!
ReplyDeleteHi, Everyone! I'm Wanda in Maryland. I, too, am thrilled to be part of this series. This quarter I will persevere in pruning from my schedule the things that keep me from exercising regularly and getting enough sleep. I want to be healthy and happy, not hurried and harried, in 2011.

ReplyDeleteYee Haw! Rather than New Year resolutions, I count my blessings for the previous year. In
reviewing what I accomplished ( or didn't) I can
take stock of my year and celebrate the good and
get back on track in deficient areas.
Good to meet my blot-mates.
I'm a retired educator who now consults, writes, presents, and serves.
This is Carol from North Carolina. I am looking forward to more change and discipline this year ahead. I need to perservere in planning and time management. Planning, re-evaluating in my day and looking ahead. Happy New Year to all!
ReplyDeleteWelcome to the newbies and nice to see some old familiar faces. I am Robbie from Southern CA. I need to persevere in a few areas: planning not procrastinating & daily exercise. I have already set in motion a plan to declutter my house. I feel very confident that this year is going to be different that I am going to reach my goals of "less is more". Woo Hoo!
ReplyDeleteThis is Robin from East Tenn. I am so looking forward to this year and hoping for the best for each of us. This is my third year with Becky and so hope it will be my best! I need to persevere in several areas: planning for lesson plans, menu plans, and daily exercise. I seem to constantly need to work on different areas of my life.
